2. Park Admission and Tickets

Admission to FunCity Park is subject to the following conditions:

• All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
• Tickets are valid only for the date specified at purchase. Expired tickets will not be honored.

• Participation in amusement park activities involves inherent risks, and you assume all such risks.
• FunCity Park, its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property, except where caused by our negligence.
• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please use lockers for valuables.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your visit.
• Our maximum liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for admission.

6. Website and Digital Services

Use of our website and digital platforms is subject to these additional terms:

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make purchases online.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

Outside food and beverages are not permitted in FunCity Park, with the following exceptions:

• Baby food and formula for infants.
• Special dietary items for guests with specific medical requirements (documentation may be requested).
• One sealed water bottle per person.
• All food and beverages purchased within the park must be consumed on premises.

11. Photography and Image Rights

By entering FunCity Park, you grant us the irrevocable right to use your image, likeness, and voice captured in photographs, videos, or other media for promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes without compensation. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify our staff.

12. Indemnification
